1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Success Activities S.L., trading as Chill Divers Tenerife (details at the bottom of this page).

2. What data we collect

• Contact and booking data: name, phone number, email address, messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email, and the details of your booking.
• Diving and safety data: certification level, number of dives, and the medical questionnaire you complete before diving. Health information is sensitive; we ask for it only to keep you safe and to meet the requirements of the diving courses.
• Payment data: records of payments, but we do not store full card details on this website.

3. Why we use it

• To manage your booking and provide the course or dive (contract).
• To keep you safe and meet diving-training and insurance requirements (legal obligation and your consent for health data).
• To reply to your messages (our legitimate interest, and your request).
• To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

Only with those needed to deliver the service: PADI (for certification), our diving insurance provider, our accountants and payment providers, and technology providers such as WhatsApp and our website host (Cloudflare). We do not sell your data.

5. This website, cookies and third parties

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies at the moment. It stores your language choice in your browser. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, so Google may receive your IP address when you load the page. If we add analytics or advertising tags in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed for the service and for the periods required by law (for example accounting records), and then delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to chilldiverspain@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
